Peter has been an integral part of the Bache Bros team for 26 years, bringing a lifetime of expertise to the wholesale floor. His approach to the business is driven by an extreme passion for the industry and a genuine love for the people who make it possible.
On any given morning, you’ll find Peter doing what he loves most: dealing directly with Australian growers and supporting family-run retailers. He thrives in the high-energy, fast-paced atmosphere of the market, but for Peter, the most rewarding aspect of his work is the ability to grow the business alongside his own family every day.

Citrus Specialists: We are South Australia’s "go-to" for citrus. From Riverland oranges and seedless mandarins to premium lemons and limes, we provide a reliable, year-round supply.
At Bache Bros, we pride ourselves on supplying the highest quality fruit and vegetables, sourced from the best growers in South Australia and across the country. Whether it’s a staple vegetable or a seasonal fruit, we ensure it’s handled with care from the farm to our floor.
Stone Fruit & Mangoes: We offer a huge variety of seasonal stone fruits, including peaches, nectarines, and plums. We also work with top Darwin growers to bring you the best mangoes from October to March.
Fresh Vegetables: Our history began with growing celery, and we remain a leading Australian wholesaler for it today. We also specialize in leeks, asparagus, and a full range of seasonal greens.
Avocados: We source premium avocados year-round, ensuring they are ripened perfectly in our climate-controlled warehouse facilities.
